LR-3 Eas RFID Card Reader

The LR-3 eas card reader for RFID is a compact reader with a predefined set of functionality designed for standard access control installations. This reader is designed for applications such as Parking, Gated Communities and Condominiums as well as People Access.

The reader features several functions, such as frequency hopping FHSS**. The FHSS mode enables the reader to hop between RFID's frequencies within the specified band, ensuring smooth and stable operation in multi-reader environments and other RF intensive areas. The radio frequency reading range is, depending on the ID-tag used and reading range for radio frequency identification is up to 5 meters. The LR-3 eas reader is equipped with PassMan Eas an application software providing predefined functionality asked for in standard access control installations.

LR-3 eas has a standard Wiegand interface for RFID communication with an access control system and an RS232 interface for optional confi guration. A loop detector input is available for situations where ID-tag reading should be activated only when a vehicle is present.

The LR-3 eas has a reading range, depending on the ID-tag used up to 5 meters. The LR-3 eas reader is equipped with PassMan eas - an application software providing predefined functionality asked for in standard RFID access control installations.
